I'm having issues with WP Rocket as my license is valid until October 2026, but the dashboard claims the license is unavailable. Their API returns a 404 error, preventing me from using the full benefits of the plugin. Support has been rude and unhelpful, which is frustrating. WP Rocket has also broken my website a few times, and the way it's promoted for page speed seems exaggerated as it's only given me trouble. Additionally, customer service and license issues during plugin updates are disappointing. I even paid a professional to look at it, but they couldn't do anything. It's a shame. I found the script management in WP Rocket to be challenging. The plugin loads a lot of scripts on the front end of browsers, which can be cumbersome, especially with elements like the Google Map API, which tends to be heavy. While there is a section to manage scripts, I believe it could be improved. Ideally, WP Rocket should provide a more user-friendly interface to manage scripts, allowing users to easily enable or disable them or choose where to load them (header or footer). Additionally, while the WP Rocket dashboard is generally easy to manage, the process of handling scripts on the header or footer could benefit from a better UI design, as it currently involves complexities that could be simplified. All the features of WP Rocket are fantastic. The feature I like the most is its "remove unused CSS." It helps us a lot in increasing the page speed. Its preloading feature, combining js & CSS files, and minifying them are beneficial.

The easy and clear menu's and options. The standard options are great already, but you can tweak them for your website to upgrade from great to fantastic. Sometimes, the plugin interferes with other plugins. That is the case with most plugins, of course. Next to that, in my case the 'don't cache for logged-in users' did not work quite as nice. Because of that, you can't see the changes you made immediately. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

WPRocket and RocketCDN do not deliver on anything they promise. This is by far the worst Caching and CDN available, and I wouldn't dare pay for it again. Compared to WP Super Cache, W3 Total Cache, Autoptimize, WP-Optimize or WP Fastest Cache, WP Rocket and Rocket CDN fall short in every metric. The price is NOT worth the product. I've tried many products available, and I would recommend WP Super Cache. I have over 20 years in web development and WPRocket is a laughable solution. At first glance, out of the box it looks promising, until you realize that your TTFB is taking 3-5 seconds for a first time visitor. If you run an Ecommerce site, BUYER BEWARE you will lose customers before they ever even have a chance to see your products. Many of the features of RocketCDN will break your site, such as removal of "Unused CSS" and minification of your JS. Unless you really know a thing or two about web dev and you want to spend hours upon hours of cleaning up after RocketCDN wrecks your site, I would advise you not to try it.
